  • Please describe how you are planning to utilise the space i.e office, studio, gallery, performance venue, workshop. If you are planning extensive fitouts or layouts, please include diagrams or illustrations as supporting documentation.
  • Operational and financial information

  • Please provide a short outline of relevant financial information that may affect or ensure your financial sustainability e.g your business, membership or funding model, note key revenue streams, and/or commercial opportunities.
  • Please summarise your proposed key times for your Tenancy e.g preferred date of lease commencement, time required for tenant fitout and preferred duration of lease. Please detail any additional considerations such as any current lease commitments or other key dates that you need to work around.

  • How will your work or your organisation align with the vision and values of CAP? Consider how relocating to CAP may benefit your organisation, the precinct and the CAP community. eg. How will your organisation contribute to the vitality of the Precinct via both internal, community and/or public activities? How will your organisation engage with the local community?
