Since 1979, community broadcaster PBS 106.7FM has been an integral player in Melbourne’s diverse music community – with more than 80 specialist music programs ranging from soul to garage to country to jazz – PBS is dedicated to nurturing, inspiring and championing Melbourne’s diverse music community.
Music Victoria is an independent, not-for-profit organisation and the state peak body for contemporary music. Music Victoria provides advocacy on behalf of the music sector, actively supports the development of the Victorian music community, and celebrates and promotes Victorian music.
The Push is a state-wide youth music organisation in its 31st year of incorporation. They deliver a range of programs and events that are relevant and responsive to Victoria’s future music industry leaders and audiences.
The Music Market
The Music Market is a one stop shop for Victoria’s music industry to work, learn, collaborate and do business. The Market will include a multipurpose space for events and exhibitions, a training room for education and professional development programs and meeting and boardrooms for use by the industry.
It will also be home to a new Victorian Music Development Office (VMDO) which will lead a range of programs and projects to strengthen the local music industry.
Bus Projects is an artist-run organisation dedicated to supporting the practices of Australian artists. In addition to its core gallery-based program of exhibitions, events and residencies, Bus Projects collaborates with a range of artists and organisations to produce projects off-site and within the public realm.

Bad Apples is Briggs' record label which is an Aboriginal owned record label whose objective is to genuinely nurture, develop and provide structure and opportunity for emerging and established Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, founded in 2015.

The Social Studio is a fashion school, a clothing label, a retail shop, a digital textile print studio, a clothing manufacturer and a community space created from the style and skills of young people from new migrant and refugee communities.
The Social Studio is a social enterprise that facilitates a range of projects that provide social support including legal advice, counselling, tutoring, driving and formal training in clothing production, retail and fashion.
Liquid Architecture is an Australian organisation for artists working with sound. LA host experiences at the intersection of contemporary art and experimental music, supporting artists to produce performances and concerts, exhibitions, talks, reading groups, workshops and recordings in art spaces, music venues and other sites
West Space is a public centre for contemporary art dedicated to working with local and underrepresented artists at all stages of their career.
Auspicious Arts Projects Inc.
Auspicious Arts Projects Inc. is a not for profit organisation that provides artists with a secure and accessible management framework to assist them with creative developments and producing new work.
Working with Auspicious means that artists have all the benefits and financial protection of working with a larger organisation, whilst remaining independent and in creative control. The CAP/Bank of Melbourne creative residency is a twelve-month long package of financial support, rent-free stuio or office space and professional development and mentoring. The 2020 Bank of Melbourne Resident is theatrical and interior designer, Danielle Brustman.
Uro Publications began life as a specialist publisher of architecture and design books in 2009. Based in Melbourne, it now operates as both a vendor and publisher of architecture and design books, with a particular focus on Australian titles. In a world awash in ephemeral media, Uro believes the unique rigours of the book publishing process remains a critical means of refining, testing, expressing and disseminating ideas. After a brief hiatus, Uro is proud to be reopening its architecture and design bookshop in the heart of Collingwood.
